I've seen this video before.
The thing which I noticed immediately, it took two people to right the capsized boat. At the end of the video, it stated this was the wrong way to right the boat.
With the proper instructions given at the end of the video, could one person right the capsized boat without any assistance? That's the hard question.

Night Wing, taking a second look, I think the thing they had done wrong was to the leave the main sheet cleated and sail taunt. If the wind had been blowing hard they could have had issues. Other videos on the net show one person doing this so I would imagine a single person can do this using this method. They probably needed three with the sail tight like that.
